Old pink morocco, spine ribbed, authors, titles and dates gilt, blue morocco listel inside, lining and endpapers of old pink tabis, gilt edges, covers and spine preserved, bordered cases [HUSER]. First editions of the first four novels telling the adventures of Claudine. - Claudine at school: sent "To Lugné-Poe, his friend, Willy"; copy enriched with an unsigned postcard dated 1922 addressed to Germaine Patat, Henry de Jouvenel's mistress, then Colette's husband. - Claudine in Paris: copy enriched with a signed postcard from Willy addressed to his "dear director". The postcard, in colors, represents the four covers of the first novels featuring Claudine and portraits of Colette and Willy. - Claudine en ménage : copy numbered 575, enriched with a postcard signed by Willy addressed to his "confrère Claude". Same postcard as the one in the previous volume (black print). Very nice set, bound in old pink morocco signed Huser.
