CHINE An interesting long narrow-necked porcelain bottle vase with yellow ground decorated in famille rose enamels in four medallions on a white ground with phoenix and pentadactyl dragons searching for the sacred pearl framed with fruits, flowers and butterflies. Lotus and auspicious symbols gilded on a ruby background on the shoulder, the interior and the reverse side turquoise blue bearing the Guangxu mark. Bears on the reverse side a provenance label "Au Vase Etrusque" place de la Madeleine Guangxu period, 1875 - 1908 H. : 39 cm
