A small truncated cone-shaped vermeil pot, it rests on a foot chiselled with square-sectioned cat paws. The plain monogrammed body is decorated with a spout ending in a finely chiselled eagle's head. The body and lid are underlined with friezes and the lid ends with a pomegranate grip. The two-point handle is held to the body by a lion's head. Paris 1798-1809. Height: 19 cm. Weight: 335.2 g.
