CONDITIONS OF SALE
The purchase commission is 26% inclusive of tax.
A flat-rate handling fee of 12 euros (excl. VAT) will be charged for consignments over 100 euros.
Additional taxes and duties may be payable in addition to the hammer price and buying commission.
Collection of goods :
All wines are stored at CAVES DE MONTQUARTIERS in Issy-les-Moulineaux. Lots may be collected by appointmentAT LEAST 48 hours IN ADVANCE , Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, at the following address: Les Caves de Montquartiers, 5 chemin de Montquartiers 92130 Issy Les Moulineaux

Wines can only be collected once payment has been made and the slip has been cashed in full , and on presentation of the slip with the mention "acquittée". Bottles must be inspected on site at the time of collection. No claims will be accepted once the bottles have left the storage area.
Bottle storagefree of charge until the 31st day after the sale.
In addition to the auction house's costs, you will be invoiced :
- 12 euros (excl. VAT) per slip for management costs
- After the 31st day, a storage fee of €10 (incl. VAT) per lot per month will be invoiced directly by SAS Artlys Patrimoine. Bottles can only be collected after payment of any storage fees.
Any month started is due.
Wooden crates, when mentioned in the description, are for information only. Under no circumstances does Artlys Patrimoine guarantee the condition of these containers.
Resale of lots paid for and not collected: In the event that one or more lots awarded and paid for in the course of an auction have still not been collected by the purchaser within the deadlines agreed above and that the applicable storage, custody and conservation costs come to exceed the auction value of the lot(s), the firm Artlys Patrimoine reserves the right to sell them in order to reimburse itself in full for the costs owed to it.
Delivery of lots :
Les Caves de Montquartiers are able to deliver your stored wines (to Paris and its suburbs within 48 hours).
For any other destination, quantity or request, please contact an authorized carrier (Hillebrand......). No customs documents will be issued by Caves de Montquartiers.
