JAPON - Epoque MEIJI (1868-1912) Two ivory butsudan, one in the shape of a pagoda, the doors decorated with rakan, opening on a statuette of Kannon sitting on a lotus-shaped base, the roof decorated with birds among the lotuses. Height 32 cm The other one is square, the doors decorated with three rakan in a landscape discovering a standing Kannon accompanied by Longnü and Shancai in front of a perfume burner, the roof decorated with a dragon chasing the sacred pearl among the clouds, surmounted by a lotus button.
