China, circa 1900 Covered baluster vase in polychrome enamel porcelain, with swirling bands of lake scenery, horses, dormice, birds and pomegranates. The base of the foot and neck are decorated with friezes of geometric motifs and half-lotus petals. Apocryphal Kangxi mark on the base. The lid features a radiating lotus flower design. (Restored neck, pierced lid). H. 45 cm
