China, 18th century, Circular tripod perfume burner, in bronze with a fine patina and gold highlights, decorated in light relief with six medallions of flowers and two lions' heads forming handles. The base of the neck is decorated with chrysanthemum petals and a Greek frieze, topped by an openwork lid with lotus flowers and leafy stems. A Buddhist lion holding the sacred jewel forms the grip.
