The rectangular bezel is engraved with a bust portrait of Tsar Michael I of Russia (1596-1645), founder of the Romanov dynasty, wearing the Monomaque crown and holding the imperial scepter. It is engraved with the Cyrillic inscription: "By the grace of God great sovereign of all the Russias Mikhail Feodorovitch" and floral motifs. Wear and tear. 19th-century Russian work in the 17th-century taste. Dimensions: H. 4 x W. 3.5 cm.
