CHANTILLY Covered soft-paste porcelain jug of ribbed form decorated in the Japanese Kakiemon style in polychrome with a dormouse on a hedge with vine branches. Marked on the reverse with a red hunting horn. 18th century circa 1735-1740. Adapted to the lid of a silver mount hallmarked Fermier General Antoine Leschaudel Paris 1744-1750. Height: 17 cm Two slight hairs of firing at the base made up in foliage at the time of decoration and lid formerly restored. This lot was described by Vincent L'Herrou.
