SÈVRES - Lot 102
SÈVRES Cabaret solitaire in soft porcelain, comprising an oblong "cabaret" tray with two openwork scroll handles, a covered teapot, a tripod milk jug, a covered sugar bowl, a tea caddy, a litron cup and a saucer. Decorated with blue and white triangles forming wickerwork, a model from the service of the Elector of Palatinate with flowers and fruit treated in polychrome. The yellow background was overdecorated later. Some pieces marked with painters' initials. 18th century overdecorated in the 19th century. Tray length 36 cm. (a chip on the saucer, a scratch on the tray, accidents). This lot was described by Vincent L'Herrou.
