PARIS. Pair of large baluster-shaped porcelain vases with two handles terminating in gilded cookie acanthus leaves treated with scrolls, decorated in polychrome on a gold background. On one side, a historical scene depicting a Turkish ambassador giving his credentials to the young dauphin, and the other depicting the dauphin's coronation. The other two sides feature landscapes animated by figures, with a wooded section. H. 53 cm Some old restorations and alterations
