Indochine, vers 1900 Large tripod incense burner in silver-glazed bronze, decorated with figures and geometric motifs, the feet spat out by lions' heads resting on an openwork base with a shou motif symbolizing longevity. The handles and grip of the lid take the form of Buddhist lions. Calligraphic inscriptions around the rim describing "happiness", "longevity", "fortune" and "health". H. 52 cm.
