Japon, XVIIe siècle Aikuchi tantô with hira-zukuri blade, hamon not discernible; the koshirae with brown-red lacquer scabbard decorated with a dragonfly among ipomées in a slight black lacquered hollow; the elements en suite, in iron decorated in gold nunomezogan with brocade motifs, the handle braided on same; with small kogatana with shibuichi kozuka decorated with golden plovers, in flight among incised bamboo. Subject to nakago, as not disassembled. (Kizu, small chips and dirt on the blade, slightly blunt kissaki; missing menuki). L. 22.2 cm.
