CHINA Large porcelain vase of baluster form decorated in famille rose enamels, with branches of peonies alternating with prunus in bloom, camellias and chrysanthemums, with birds in four cartouches surrounded by scrolls on a ruby background decorated with flowers; the neck in the same way. The shoulder and the pedestal decorated with chimeras on a turquoise background separated by insects and flowers in reserves. On the reverse, Qianlong mark in iron red in Zhuanshou.
