Sword type uniform late eighteenth century. - Lot 148
Sword type uniform late eighteenth century. Bronze and ebony frame. Pommel in helmet empanelled. Flat jointing bow and two straight quillons. Asymmetrical shell decorated with lines. The fuse is made of squared ebony and decorated with an oval bronze plate showing a deity. Straight Solingen blade with one edge and throat, engraved, gilded and blued in third. Leather scabbard with two brass fittings. Total length : 97 cm. Consulate period.
