Infantry officer saber model 1882. Mounting in nickel silver and horn. Oval cap assembled to the ferrule. Flat jointing arch pierced for the passage of the lanyard, dividing into three secondary branches. Curved quillon in the shape of a drop (twisted). Horn spindle, missing the watermark. Straight blade with shuttle section with gutters, from the manufacture of Châtellerault dated 1909. Vintage. Steel scabbard painted in black with a strap and rings of suspension (accident). Total length: 103 cm. France period Ière Guerre Mondiale.
