Saber of officer of gunner mounted model 1829. Bronze and horn mount. Oval chased cap decorated with a laurel wreath, joint arch decorated with stylized acanthus leaves and quillon in the form of a drop decorated with a flower. Spindle in filigree horn. Curved blade with throat, marked Manuf Klingenthal Couleaux ainé on the back. Iron scabbard with two bracelets and suspension rings. Total length: 94cm. France, mid-19th century.
