Jean- Baptiste Charles Robert de Vismes (1732-1803) was a marshal of the king's logis. The plays are the following: - The antique dealer. Comedy in proverb in one act and in prose, 16 pp. in-4, dated 1768 - Le tombeau de Nostradamus, 24 pp. in-folio, dated 1777 - Le chien qui aboye ne mordon, 8 pp. in-4 - Les aprêts inutiles, 26 pp., small in-folio.
