Contemporary marbled havana calf, gilt arms in the center of the boards, triple fillet, ornate spine, brown morocco title-pieces. Third edition published the same year as the original. > A copy with the coat of arms attributable to Marie-Adélaïde de France, daughter of Louis XV (1732-1800), "Madame Adélaïde's library, much more considerable than that of her sisters [Madame Victoire and Madame Sophie] (it included more than 10,000 volumes).
