[CHARTON]. Le Tour du Monde, new travel journal founded by Edouard Charton. Paris, Hachette, 1860 - 1910. 84 vols. in-4. Full red percaline publisher from 1860 to 1894, red half-chagrin, ribbed spine, gilt title and date for volumes from 1895 to 1910. Two volumes per year until 1894, except for the years 1870 - 1871 (two volumes for the two years combined), then from 1895, one volume per year, combining the two semesters. Volumes in percaline: Some damaged headbands, some stains on some volumes, sunstain on the second plate of the first semester of the year 1860. Some foxing. Volumes in chagrin: some rubbing and stains to some spines. Attached: CHARTON. À travers le monde. Paris, Hachette, 1895 - 1910. 16 vol. in-4. Purple half-chagrin, spine with faux-nerve, gilt title and date. Spines faded, with spotting and stains to some spines.
