Entire furniture of a two-room apartment in the 17th distric - Lot 1
Entire furniture of a two-room apartment in the 17th district of Paris composed of furniture, ancient and modern paintings, miniatures, art objects, animal bronzes, ceramics (collection of cookies,...), glassware, dolls collection (porcelain head and composition), silverware (solid silver approx. 3kg and silver plated metal) and miscellaneous. The lots are sold as is, knowing that some have accidents.
The keys of the apartment will be given to the buyer of the lot in exchange of a deposit check of 5000 euros (to ensure the good respect of the common parts and the return of the keys). The deposit check will be returned in exchange for the keys at the end of the removal of the lot.
The whole lot will be collected on the spot at the latest on May 10th at 6 pm, a clearing being planned on May 11th in order to empty completely the apartment (this last one not being to be made and not at the expense of the purchaser).
