Pair of covered pots in mabre and gilt bronze, XIX century. - Lot 375
Pair of covered pots in mabre and gilt bronze, XIX century. The vases and caps in mabre are each richly decorated with chased and gilded bronze. The fretels are in the form of festoons and mantling and the lips of the vases are decorated with large water leaves. Two branches of acanthus form the handles. The pedestal is surrounded by a laurel wreath. The whole is dated from the 19th century in a Louis XVI style (wear). Size : 50 cm
