CHINE - Lot 162
CHINE Small barrel-shaped container in bronze and cloisonné bronze decorated in polychrome on the outer wall of precious objects framed with lotus flowers on a turquoise background. It rests on three bronze feet, the handles featuring Buddhist lions' heads. On the reverse side MING mark with six characters. The lid is made of wood. The gilding is still present on the lions' heads and on the back of the piece. 18th century H. 9 cm ; Diameter : 11 cm (some chips, lacks and dents in the cloisonné)
