A stained mahogany clock with a curved case presenting a sculpted floral decoration and decorated at the top with a sculpted character in bronze with a brown patina. Signed " Charpentier ". Around 1900. H : 33,5 cm Bibliography : "L'Art Décoratif ", 1900-02-N°017 for the same sculpture by Alexandre Charpentier on an inkwell by Dalpayrat.
