Full contemporary calf, spine ribbed and decorated, red morocco title-piece. 172pp, 56pp, 35pp. Two woodcuts, the first signed C. Fetu. Virulent pamphlets against the Jesuits and the Unigenitus bull condemning Jansenism. The poem Philotanus, printed after the first two harangues, is also attributed to the abbot Jean-Baptiste Willart de Grécourt. Followed by : Third harangue of the inhabitants of the Parish of Sarcelles to Monseigneur the Archbishop of Paris, concerning miracles. 1742. Bound between pages 88 and 89, of the preceding text. Contains, in different pagination : Les nouveaux appellans: ou la Bibliothèque des damnez. Nouvelles de l'autre monde.
