CHINE A black lacquered and gilded wood rectangular tea box decorated with palace scenes surrounded by dragons searching for the sacred pearl. The lid reveals two pewter tea compartments engraved with carved ivory bud flowers. Cantonese work from the second half of the 19th century. Dim. : 10x20,5x16 cm (a chip on a corner at the back of the box)
