Contemporary marbled havana calf, gilt arms in the centre of the boards, triple fillet, spine ribbed and decorated, brown morocco title and greef. Third edition published the same year as the original. > Copy with the arms attributable to Marie-Adélaïde de France, daughter of Louis XV (1732-1800). "The library of Madame Adélaïde, much more considerable than that of her sisters [Madame Victoire and Madame Sophie] (it included more than 10,000 volumes). " (O.H.R.).
