"The Bourgeois [himself] in mandating to Mr. Bluet [Wickham] exactly what the Marquise [Louis XVIII] had written to him with regard to Mr. Pinaut [Montgaillard] has done all that it depended on him, to procure for Mr. Pinaut the reimbursement of the expenses which he thought he had to make in the journeys which his zeal determined him to undertake of his own accord; the Bourgeois is going to make yet another attempt with Mr. Bluet, in order to obtain what Mr. Pinaut desires"...
