RARE OFFICER'S PENDULET in chased and gilded bronze, the cover has a rabbeted handle and an adjusting dial. The front features a ribboned cartouche indicating the date "1782", the enamelled dial, signed "Louis Goret à Paris", indicates the hours in Roman numerals and the minutes in Arabic numerals in increments of five.
