Dimensions: 112 x86 cm Alexandre Aimé Vuillemin (18121880) was an engraver, bookseller and map publisher. He is known for his book Atlas illustré de géographie commerciale et industrielle. Some of Lewis and Clark's discoveries are included in the representation of the American Northwest, and the names of certain tribes are specified. The land of Alaska is shown as Russian America.
